Wade Judge

Vice Chairman

Wade Judge serves as Vice Chairman for Realterm. His areas of focus include corporate governance, leadership and direct collaboration with the Capital Markets and Realterm Logistics Development functions. Mr. Judge joined Realterm in April 2020 after a 45-year career with the JLL organization, retiring as Chief Investment Officer of LaSalle Investment Management, Chair of the North American Investment Committee, and President of LaSalle Property Fund, the firm’s flagship core, commingled fund targeted to institutional investors.

During his tenure at JLL, Mr. Judge served in several different management capacities. His initial assignment was to work directly for the founder and CEO, affording Wade the opportunity to work on some of the firm’s most important brokerage and consulting assignments. Wade then served as a Managing Director in the firm’s Development Division for the next 15 years, developing and redeveloping office and industrial properties. In 1992, he joined LaSalle Investment Management, the firm’s investment management subsidiary. He first served as head the US Acquisitions Group, after which he was appointed Chief Investment Officer and Chair of the Investment Committee for North America, as well as head of the firm’s sizeable separate account business. Mr. Judge served as President of LaSalle Property Fund from its inception in 2010 until his retirement in 2020.

Mr. Judge graduated with a B.A. in English from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School. He played on the varsity squash and tennis teams in college and continues to participate in many sports including golf, tennis, biking and kayaking. He serves on the Board of Directors of Metrosquash, a Chicago-based non-profit that works with inner-city children on academics, fitness and the game of squash. Wade has been married to his wife, Nancy, for over 40 years and has three sons and two grandchildren.
