As a member of the Capital Markets team, Mr. Powell is responsible for fundraising and client-facing activity in the EMEA region. Before joining Realterm in September 2021, he worked in client-facing roles in the real estate teams at Abrdn and Aviva Investors, two of Europe’s largest real estate investment managers. Mr. Powell holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy & Economics and an M.Phil. in European Politics & Society, both from the University of Oxford.
