Karen Inal
Karen Inal has had a long career in investment banking and investment management. She served as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the investment office at the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation where she allocated capital to real estate, private equity, fixed income and hedge funds. Prior to that, Karen had a 15-year career as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She advised corporate and private equity clients on merger and acquisitions and equity and debt financing. She also worked at Thomson Financial, as head of strategy and mergers and acquisitions and acted as an advisor to the president of Ithaka. Karen holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. She has served as a Trustee and a member of the investment and finance committees at Sarah Lawrence College, Bronxville, N.Y., and Trinity School, New York, N.Y.
