Ed Brickley

Mr. Brickley has over 20 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and JV structuring of real estate investments and has transacted on more than $2.5 billion in real estate investments. He manages Realterm’s logistics funds series, overseeing all investment, financing and asset management activity by the Funds. Prior to joining Realterm, Mr. Brickley was a Senior Vice President in LaSalle Investment Management’s private equity group and an associate in Wachovia Securities’ real estate investment banking and mergers acquisitions groups. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Brickley earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
