Aaron Sacks

Mr. Sacks is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for Realterm and its affiliated entities as well as advising them regarding legal and risk management initiatives. Previously, Mr. Sacks worked for Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP in Baltimore, Maryland, advising real estate developers and corporate clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, and prior to relocating to Maryland, he was an associate in the real estate group at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP in New York. Mr. Sacks holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BS from Johns Hopkins University, and is licensed to practice law in Maryland and New York.
