Turnhout, Belgium (September 14, 2023) – Realterm is pleased to announce that it has completed a lease renewal with PostNL Cargo at its highly functional, high flow through (HFT) asset Bremheidelaan 10 in Turnhout. This facility is part of PostNL’s Pharma & Care network in the Benelux area.
The cross-dock facility is situated in a strategic transport advanced location that connects the Northern French ports (La Havra, Calais and Dunquerke) and the Belgium ports (Zeebrugge, Ghent and Antwerp) with the Ruhr area and Düsseldorf metropolitan area in Germany through the Southern Logistics Belt of the Netherlands (Eindhoven / Venlo).

Realterm acquired Bremheidelaan 10 in late 2021 through an off-market deal, and was attracted to this asset because of these property features and its suitability for both regional distribution and last mile delivery in the Antwerp metropolitan area.
