Realterm Logistics recently closed on the acquisition of two best in class High-Flow-Through (HFT) facilities in Atlanta, GA and Philadelphia, PA. The properties are leased to a large global courier delivery company. Both properties are best in class, transportation advantaged facilities which are used for regional small package sortation as well as local final mile delivery. The Atlanta property is 292,000 SF on 50 acres and is located at the intersection of I-75 and I-285. The Philadelphiaproperty is 149,000 SF on 21 acres and is located south of Philadelphia at an I-95 intersection.

“These properties demonstrate all the characteristics we look for in highly functional HFT properties, including excellent loading & parking ratios,” said Paul Underwood, Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management. “These e-commerce backbone facilities are a crucial tool in efficiently moving large volumes of packages through the supply chain. The ability to expand both means they are also well positioned to benefit from continued e-commerce growth.”
