The distribution and warehouse facility includes 108,000 SF of building(s) on 8.82 acres of land, three street frontage and 3 acres of excess land, and 5,000 SF of office area.Realterm will make significant upgrades to the property including a new roof, renovated office, new LED lighting, additional dock positions (24 total), and an expansion of the parking area.
