Realterm Logistics recently closed on the acquisition of a 200,000 SF final mile facility in Ontario, CA. The building’s prime Inland Empire location is adjacent to the Ontario International Airport and includes immediate access to the I-10 / I-15 interchange and Route 60.
“The High Flow-Through (HFT) characteristics of the building and great location in an extremely tight Inland Empire market make this a fantastic addition to the Realterm Logistics Portfolio,” said Price Booker, SVP of Business Development.
The property’s location, in close proximity to infill population density and transportation hubs, is perfect for e-commerce and transload users. The facility is fully leased.
“We are excited to add to our Inland Empire footprint, and creatively modify a building to suit market demand from High Flow-Through users,” said Jon Chalkley, VP of Acquisitions.
Michael Kendall and Clyde Stauff of Colliers International worked on the transaction.
