The facility is strategically located near an abundance of transportation infrastructure including the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, I-35 and Highway 71, facilitating efficient distribution access to one of the fastest growing populations in the U.S. The acquisition closed shortly after the facility’s parking area was expanded to enhance the tenant’s ability to service the influx of consumers throughout the Austin MSA.
