Realterm Logistics Acquires Cross-Border Logistics Property in Laredo, TX

Realterm Logistics closed on the acquisition of a 187,650 SF dry & cold storage facility on 25.7 acres in Laredo, TX, the largest inland port in the U.S. The Port of Laredo is home to more than 900 freight forwarders and trucking companies and is responsible for nearly $250 billion in annual trade volume. The facility is in the El Portal Industrial Park, just minutes from Interstates 35 and 69, and less than 3 miles from the World Trade Bridge, which handles 60% of the truck traffic crossing the border between Texas and Mexico. The cross-docked building features 79 loading positions and its footprint is expandable by 60,000 SF. Realterm Logistics is marketing the entire property for lease, available immediately.
