Realterm Logistics recently closed on the acquisition of a 167,000 SF final mile warehouse in Hyattsville, MD. The highly functional, final mile property includes 45 loading doors and sits on 10.5 acres with immediate access to I-495, I-295, I-395 and Route 50.
