Amsterdam, Netherlands (October 18, 2023) – Realterm is pleased to announce a long-term lease with Swapfiets at Scharenburg 5, its high flow through (HFT) industrial facility in Amsterdam, NL. The micro-mobility provider will occupy approximately 50% of the property.
Scharenburg 5 is situated at Sloterdijk, a dynamic business park primed for logistics business. Its strategic location in the heart of Amsterdam-West allows for great connectivity to major highways and proximity to the Port of Amsterdam, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and the city center, therefore providing excellent access to regional and international markets.

- Significant sustainability upgrades
Realterm delivered the leased area to Swapfiets after modernization and sustainability upgrades including installations of new skylights, LED lighting, additional windows to increase natural daylight, smart meters and a full office reimagination.
