Annapolis, Md. (May 7, 2025) – Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, today announced the acquisition of an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) maintenance facility in Pompano Beach, FL.

Located at 3120 NW 16th Terrace, the site offers two functional industrial outdoor storage maintenance facilities on 8.43 acres. The property boasts 15,000 square feet of shop space across two buildings with ten drive-in doors and five drive-through bays.

The site is fully fenced and lit, with three points of ingress and egress, ensuring smooth traffic flow. Currently, 3.67 acres are leased to a national equipment rental company, while the remaining 4.76 acres operate as a truck parking facility.

“The acquisition of this prime coastal IOS maintenance facility in Pompano Beach strengthens our growing Florida portfolio,” said Stephen Panos, Managing Director, Senior Fund Manager at Realterm. “This multi-functional site offers both immediate value and long-term potential as the South Florida industrial market continues to expand.”

Centrally located within South Florida and just two miles from I-95, the property offers efficient access to one of the top MSAs and industrial markets in the country.

“This acquisition demonstrates our ability to secure facilities with built-in revenue streams through established tenants, while maintaining flexibility for future development,” said Arnie Capute, Vice President of Investments at Realterm. “The property’s versatile configuration with both maintenance capabilities and parking solutions is ideal for transportation-related users and perfectly complements our portfolio’s operational diversity.”

Roberto Susi and Jose Sasson-Lerner of Axiom Capital Advisors facilitated the transaction and represented the buyer.
