Annapolis, Md (April 10, 2024) – Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, announced today that Minhaj Choudhury has joined the firm as Vice President, Capital Markets, based out of the firm’s New York City office.
In his new role, Minhaj will be responsible for cultivating new investor relationships and driving capital raising along the East Coast of the U.S. for Realterm’s fund products and other ventures.

With more than a decade of investor relations and business development experience, Minhaj brings a wealth of industry expertise to his new role. He has spent the last five years as Vice President at Park Madison Partners, a NY-based capital raising and advisory boutique, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with public and private plans, investment consultants, family offices, and RIAs in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to this, he spent nearly four years at Neuberger Berman as a relationship manager and began his career as an Institutional Sales Analyst at Blackrock.
Minhaj holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business, with a specialization in real estate and strategy, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College.
