Annapolis, Md. (July 8, 2025) – Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, announced today the acquisition of 6330 Basehore Road located in Mechanicsburg, PA.

The 8.1-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility features a 6,960-square-foot maintenance shop with four maintenance bays, a fuel island and two points of ingress and egress. The property is fully leased to Ryder Truck Rental.
