El Paso, Texas (April 24, 2024) – Realterm announced today the latest expansion of its transportation logistics real estate platform in El Paso, Texas with the acquisition of 150 Inglewood Drive, a 22-door, 15,047-square-foot IOS truck terminal and 4,036-square-foot maintenance shop. The property is fully leased to DC Logistics, a premier asset-based carrier and leader in providing creative solutions to meet their customer’s transportation and logistics needs.
