ANNAPOLIS, MD (December 21, 2016) — Aeroterm has completed the purchase of a 500,000 SF industrial portfolio located on and adjacent to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) through its open-ended, commingled investment vehicle, Realterm Airport Logistics Properties, L.P. (RALP). RALP is the exclusive investment platform for Aeroterm’s acquisition and development activities in North America.
“The acquisition of this portfolio in Manchester reflects our strategy of acquiring on-airport and airport adjacent industrial assets located in key markets across North America,” said Eli Gregory, Aeroterm’s Vice President of Acquisitions.
The acquisition includes five assets representing approximately 150,000 SF of building area and 350,000 SF of ramp area. The portfolio is home to companies providing cargo handling and ground support equipment services, as well as businesses desiring office space at the airport.
“We look forward to working with the City of Manchester, the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, the portfolio’s tenants and all of the airport’s customers to meet the region’s diverse and growing needs,” said Gregory.
Legal advice to Aeroterm on the transaction was provided by Seyfarth Shaw, with a team led by partner James O’Brien and associate Tobi Pinsky.
