Mr. Rose has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure investing and management having lead $3B of capital formation. He manages the Realterm Airport Logistics Properties (RALP) infrastructure fund, leading investments, financing, asset management and investor relations activity. He began his career with Walker & Dunlop in their debt production group underwriting loans for development and acquisition projects. David also worked for ABR Capital Partners in acquisitions, asset management and fund management. During his tenure at ABR, David managed three value-add funds across various real estate sectors for institutions, endowments, foundations, and private account clients. Before joining Realterm in 2015, David worked with Asset Strategy Consultants where he led investment research for real assets. He holds a BA degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Mr. Rose is a member of the Airport Infrastructure Management Committee, the Realterm Sustainability Oversight Committee, and the Realterm U.S. Investment Committee.
