In her role, Angelina’s primary objectives include developing strong partnerships and customer-service relationships with tenants and corporate real estate executives at both regional and national levels, negotiating lease terms and contracts, preparing financial analysis and developing a coherent system for all communication with existing and potential tenants. From the marketing perspective, Angelina will work in conjunction with key personnel and executives in order to implement a cohesive marketing plan with the goal of gaining greater regional and national awareness for Aeroterm. She will also initiate, develop, and maintain business relationships with key airport personnel within each region (air cargo representatives, general managers, and airport representatives) in order to anticipate any airport development issues these individuals will encounter and the opportunities Aeroterm can reap in their solutions. Angelina comes to Aeroterm with more than 17 years of experience and a solid record of achievement in project and facilities management in the real estate industry. She held a real estate agent’s license from LaSalle College and also received attestations in building inspection and business management & finance from Vanier College.
