Amsterdam, Netherlands (October 14, 2025) – Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, today announced that BD Logistics has signed a five-year lease for approximately half of its strategic transload facility at Limesweg 2 in Tongeren, Belgium. The lease encompasses 7,070 square meters of the 15,732-square-meter facility.
BD Logistics, Belgian expert in value added logistics, will utilize the space to support its expanding operations in the region.

The facility, which Realterm acquired in February 2025, will undergo significant modernization including updated electrical installations, LED lighting and a new roof. The property features 17 loading doors, EV-charging points and ample outdoor terrain, making it well-suited for modern logistics operations.
Located at Tongeren Business Park along the E313 corridor, the facility offers excellent connectivity to major European markets. The property is strategically positioned between Antwerp and Liege, within 25 minutes of the inland port of Genk and Liege Airport, the fifth largest cargo airport in Europe.
