John W. Cammett Founding Partner
Mr. Cammett has overseen the growth of the company from its initial investment in Montreal’s two airports in the early 1990’s to its activity in more than 20+ airports today. He is responsible for day-to-day management of company operations, portfolio expansion, and new business initiatives. Mr. Cammett graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Engineering and Applied Sciences. |

Mitchell R. Gordon Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gordon is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of real estate industry experience. As CFO, he is responsible for the Company’s accounting, finance and investor relations activity. Mr. Gordon previously worked as a Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO for KB Home, Inc. and Kitson & Partners, respectively. Mr. Gordon is a licensed certified public accountant and received a MBA from the University of Baltimore. |

Robert G. Fordi
Managing Partner & President, NorthAmerican Terminals
Mr. Fordi has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, management and dispositions, involving assets in excess of $1bn. With NorthAmerican Terminals since its first acquisitions, he leads portfolio growth, asset management, property management, leasing and development. He worked previously for Benton Properties, a real estate investment company based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Fordi began his career with Arthur Andersen’s real estate valuation and consulting group in Washington, DC. He has a BS in Economics from Towson University and an MS in Real Estate Development from The Johns Hopkins University. |

Brian M. Oravec
CEO & Managing Partner, Realterm Everstone
Mr. Oravec is responsible for all of the day-to-day management of Realterm Everstone Investment Advisors. Prior to leading the venture, Brian worked in investments and business development for Aeroterm and was involved in over $500 million in acquisitions and development projects. Prior to Aeroterm, Brian was with Citigroup Corporate and Investment Bank in New York. Brian holds an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a BA from Tufts University in Quantitative Economics. |

James C. Godey General Counsel
Mr. Godey is responsible for all legal operations of the company, including deal structuring and due diligence. Mr. Godey has a BS in business from the University of Richmond E.C Robins School of Business and his JD from the Harvard Law School, and is a licensed attorney in Maryland and Florida and licensed certified public accountant in Maryland. |

Jeffrey C. Clary Vice President and General Counsel
As General Counsel, Mr. Clary is responsible for overseeing and advising on all legal matters associated with Realterm Global and its affiliates. Mr. Clary previously served, in a similar capacity, as General Counsel for a former Lehman Brothers real estate joint venture and prior to that as counsel at Morgan Stanley advising various business units on regulatory and compliance matters. Mr. Clary holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware and his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, and is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey.

Sean Neely Executive Vice President, Aeroterm
Mr. Neely is responsible for the management and growth of the company’s Canadian portfolio of over 2 million square feet in 23 facilities. With more than 20 years of experience, he is a veteran real estate professional with expertise in acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, construction and property management. During his career, he has developed in excess of 1 million square feet of new facilities, including the recently completed North Cargo sector (366,000 square feet) at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport. Previous to joining Aeroterm in 1992, he worked for Citibank Canada’s Real Estate Division specializing in short-term project finance. Mr. Neely graduated from Yale University with a BA in economics.

J. Erin Gruver Vice President Development, Aeroterm
Mr. Gruver has been with the firm since 2000. He is responsible for leading all development and new construction initiatives and has significant experience working with the development needs of airport users. In addition to fifteen years of experience in the development industry, Mr. Gruver holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architecture from The Catholic University of America. |
